After careful consideration, Urology Associates has made the difficult decision to close our current Colorado Springs clinic location. We would like to continue providing exceptional urologic services and encourage you to re-establish care with one of our incredible providers at our Lone Tree office. It is our intention is to open a new Castle Rock clinic in the next 6-8 months and at that time, you are welcome transition to that location. We realize that opening a new office in Castle Rock would be more convenient and accessible for those patients coming from the Colorado Springs area.
If you are a current patient, please immediately call us at (719) 347-5005 to establish care with another urologist or advanced practice provider at Urology Associates. Should you decide to transfer your care to another practitioner outside of Urology Associates, please be sure to complete a medical records release form, which may be found on the Urology Associates website.
